Dr Klatz gives us the second part to the run down of the supplements he takes to keep himself going. In this video, he discusses the benefits of taking selenium, tumeric extract and propolus. Also discussed are the benefits of cofactor supplements. In this case, Dr Klatz is not seeing the full benefit of his thyroid supplement, so he uses the iodine found in sea kelp as a cofactor and sees the results improve dramatically.
