Keynote Speakers
Martin S. Levine, DO, MPH, FACOFP
Martin S. Levine, DO, an AOA board-certified family physician, was named president of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) in July. Dr. Levine has been the recipient of many honors and awards, including being included in the Best Doctor listing by New York magazine every year since 1999, and being honored as a Best Doctor in New Jersey Monthly magazine's listing three times. He also was named Physician of the Year by NJAOPS.
Abraham Morgentaler, MD, FACS
Abraham Morgentaler is an associate clinical professor of surgery at Harvard Medical School, a prominent urologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, and the founder and director of Men's Health Boston, a center focusing on male sexual and reproductive health.
Special Guest Speakers
Coach Mike Ditka
A Pro Football Hall of Fame player and Super Bowl-winning coach, Ditka joined ESPN as an NFL analyst in 2004. With a combined 26 years of playing (12) and coaching (14) experience, Ditka is an analyst on Sunday NFL Countdown and Monday Night Countdown and makes regular appearances on ESPN Radio and SportsCenter. He is the Chairman of the Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund, which provides medical and financial assistance to retired NFL players in dire need who were the pioneers of the game and has made the NFL what it is today.
Steven Schussler

The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) is a US
federally registered 501(c) 3 non-profit organization
comprised of 22,000-plus member physicians, health
practitioners, scientists, governmental officials, and
members of the general public, representing over 105
nations.
The A4M is dedicated to the advancement of technology to
detect, prevent, and treat aging related disease and to
promote research into methods to retard and optimize the
human aging process. The A4M is also dedicated to educating
physicians, scientists, and members of the public on
biomedical sciences, breaking technologies, and anti-aging
issues.
The A4M believes that the disabilities associated with
normal aging are caused by physiological dysfunction which
in many cases are ameliorable to medical treatment, such
that the human lifespan can be increased, and the quality of
