Speaker Submission Guidelines
DEADLINE FOR ORLANDO 2011 SUBMISSIONS IS FRIDAY, DECEMBER 31st.
Please make your electronic submission of your speaker materials to A4M Scientific Program Coordinator by e-mail to: program@a4m.com
SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY: Up to fifty (50) words describing the speakers clinical and/or research pursuits and relevance to lecture topic.
SPEAKER CV/RESUME:
SPEAKER PHOTOGRAPH: An image file (color headshot) at minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch) in JPG or TIF file format.
ABSTRACTS BOOK MATERIAL:
- Content shall be pertinent to topic of lecture.
- Content shall be absent of commercial statements and product endorsements. When mention of a particular product is necessary, opt for generic whenever possible.
- Limit your submission to a maximum of eight (8) pages.
- Submit in MS® PowerPoint or Word file format, or Adobe Acrobat® PDF File (no security settings).
- Include a minimum of four (4) References (bibliographic citations) and, if appropriate, Resources (relevant sources of additional information on the subject of your article).
- For style, conform to AMA Manual of Style, 9th Edition editorial guidelines.
- Your Abstracts Book submission is authorized by, and follows the terms of, your signed CME release form.
