Jeffrey Dach MD founded TrueMedMD in 2005, located in Hollywood, Florida, offering anti-aging solutions with bio-identical hormones for men and women including human growth hormone, natural thyroid therapy for low thyroid, and nutritional testing and supplementation, oral EDTA for vascular disease and metal detoxification.  Evidence based approach to Anti-Aging Medicine with therapy based on extensive laboratory workup. Dr Dach was originally trained and board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology and served as a hospital based physician at Memorial Hospital in Hollywood Florida for 25 years prior to founding TrueMedMD. He is also Board Certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine.
