O fairy on vacation

my July BBT chartWell, I don't know what to think this month, and evidently neither does Fertility Friend.

I really thought I ovluated on the 20th (day 11) my CM and CP certainly indicated that I had - but not my temps, or my normal hormone-induced migraine. We BD and thought our timing was great and felt fortunate that Michael was actually in town at the right time.

Then on the 24th (day 15) I had a huge temp drop. Since I frequently get temp drops the day before ovulation, I wondered if I was ovulating then - and my CM and CP also seemed to indicate as much. Unfortunately, Michael wasn't in town, so we couldn't BD at the right time. I could hope that BD four days earlier would help - but that's pushing it.

Since my temps didn't immediately shoot up after ovulation (like I usually do) and ovulation timing was so weird, I'm not very hopeful about this month. Another month and no hope of two lines - it's getting harder every month.

This is one of those charts that makes me wonder if I ovulate more than once.

My mother has me reading this book about Progesterone hormone replacement therapy - and the signs of Estrogen dominance (monthly migraines, weight gain, tender/cystic breasts, hypercoagulability, fertility issues and gallbladder issues). I have almost every sign of Estrogen dominance. So, I'm phoning my doctor today to discuss natural Progesterone supplements, because it sure looks like my body is crying out for help.

275. Sustainable Environment Supports Human Health
What’s good for the planet is good for people. Researchers from Arizona State University (Arizona, USA) completed a meta-analysis of 120 peer-reviewed publications on the health effects of plastics and plasticizers in lab animals and humans. This study reiterates the fact that the effects to the environment from plastic waste are acute. In the U.S., the average person produces a half-pound of plastic waste every day, and as such, adverse effects to human health are a potential area for grave concern...
