The American College of Anti-Aging Sports Medicine Professionals (ACASP) Certificate and Workshop Programs are a specialized Certificate program in conjunction with medical organizations to allow health professionals to learn the latest in preventative medicine, integrative medicine, anti-aging medicine and longevity medicine and integrate this into their sports medicine practice. This is an added qualification for those interested in servicing this important marketplace. The first such Certificate will be in 'Anti-Aging Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation' . Anti-Aging Medicine is the next generation of sports medicine, so now a wide variety of health professionals can work conjointly through these specialized certificate programs.

Requirements for issuance of ACASP Certificate in Anti-Aging Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation.
The following requirements need not be completed before sitting for written examination, but must be completed before Certificate is issued.
- Membership in the American Academy of Medicine
- Attendance at two or more A4M-approved/sponsored conferences or workshops. Registration of attendance at future conferences may be used toward fulfilling this requirement
- An active career in the field of sports medicine
- A minimum of three years of sports medicine and/or personal fitness training experience
- A minimum of one other health related certification by such groups as the A4M, National Academy of Sports Medicine-NASM, American College of Sports Medicine-ACSM, National Strength & Conditioning Assoc-NSCA, International Fitness Professional Assoc-IFPA, International Sports Sciences Assoc-ISSA, Fitness Assoc of America-AFAA, American Council on Exercise-ACE, National Athletic Trainers Assoc-NATA, or other established entities
- No significant disciplinary actions against the applicant, or a written appeal including full disclosure of all disciplinary actions accompanied by a full explanation of those actions accompanied by a request for a waiver of this requirement.
- At least 100 hours of CME/CEU credit referable to the health and fitness field and some aspect of preventive medicine, anti-aging medicine, nutritional medicine or sports medicine during the past eight years during the past eight years
- Submission of five (5) multiple-choice examination questions, with correct answers supported by medical/scientific references
- Passing scores on the written examination
- Payment of all mandatory Certificate examination and or workshop fees
