Dr klatz explains one of the tests carried out by anti-aging physicians. The haemoglobin A1C test measures the levels of glycosylation in the blood vessels. Glycosylation, or cross linking of sugars in the blood vessels causes the walls to become harder and sticky, making functions like expansion and contraction less efficient.
