Fighting Inflammation

The reason that cardio vascular disease has not become less prominent despite our best efforts is that we are not treating the primary cause. We have been told to lower our cholesterol in order to prevent heart disease, however by far the most substantial cause is in fact inflammation. Combat inflammation by deep breathing, relaxation, eating healthy food, getting lots of sleep drinking lots of water and watching your acid intake.
