Our environment is becoming increasingly hostile with concerns about air, water and food pollution. Nowhere is it more dangerous, hostile and dirty than in the war zone of Iraq. Air pollution, bacteriological pollution and the depleted uranium used to create armour piercing shells and bullets all contribute to the danger. These environmental toxins are then being brought back to the US and can result in respiratory diseases, joint diseases and diabetes amongst other things.
