Stephen Holt, MD, LLD(Hon.) ChB., PhD, DNM, FRCP (C), MRCP (UK), FACP, FACG, FACN, FACAM, OSJ  is a Distinguished Professor of Medicine and a medical practitioner in New York State.  He has published many peer-review papers in medicine and he is a best-selling author with twenty books in national and international distribution. A full professor of medicine for 20 years and an adjunct professor of Bioengineering for 10 years, Dr. Holt has received several awards for teaching and research
