What can i do to de stress myself ?

This is just recently happening…to me.I have benn feeeling very stressed past two months.I move to offc in morning 9 and get back home by 8…later after the household chores by 10pm at night..i get so tired…that i just need to slip in the bed.What can i do..to relieve my stress..?

You could try some anti anxiety herbs, which could help you get a tight sleep. It works for me.

Deep breathing exercises could help you. Inhale through the nose, hold your breath for a few seconds, and then exhale through pursed lips. This helps calm you down, think straight, and it also removes stress.

There are many techniques that can help you deal with stress and are very effective. Some of these are meditation, breathing deeply, mindfulness, tune into body, yoga and reaching out. I know, it becomes really hectic and many times we don't get time for ourself, but one thing which can help you cope up with this is you should do exercise daily or go for walk as this can really burst your stress and make you stressfree. So if you want then you can visit here.
