I read a lot of studies about pterostilbene on ncbi and examine and it seems to be much more potent than resveratrol, so its our best way to fight the aging process

There is also a topic to compare the pterostilbene with resveratrol. I started with 100mg daily and i think i notice a difference with my previous regimen (300mg trans resveratrol). I dont think its placebo
