Vitamin E---A Special Consideration for Diabetics

Some research has shown that plasma vitamin E levels are significantly lower in subjects with high blood sugar levels.

Research also suggests that daily supplementation with vitamin E promotes healthy levels of hemoglobin A1c, already within normal ranges.
