As baby boomers get older they face one devastating effect of old age, dementia. And while dementia won't hit everyone getting older, it seems that memory loss does. Now, a study confirms that simply walking is a simple, easy and inexpensive way to combat both dementia and memory problems. So, stroll, or power walk around the mall, but just get moving.
