Dr Zannos Grekos MD delivers a presentation in Washington DC about stem cell research. Stem cells are being used for the regeneration of tissue and organs. He highlights the advantages and disadvantages of each type of stem cell, from embryonic to cord, to adult stem cells. The basic features of stem cells are that they are able to self renew and also differentiate into effecter cells.
