Finally I have a really good reason to drink wine. Once again, more exciting news about Anti-aging Aging is coming to the mainstream forefront. Unfortunately, we are all creatures of habit both good and bad. So the most effective way to make a change in to our behavior is to take the easiest steps first. Let's face it drinking a little wine is a lot easier than a straight vegan diet or jogging 5 miles a day. Just be careful not to over do it.
