People who eat nuts two times or more each week are less likely to die from heart disease or sudden heart death, say researchers from Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Study results revealed that men who regularly ate nuts were roughly half as likely to die from sudden heart death and 30% less likely to die from heart disease.
