Sultan Kosen, from the country of Turkey, is now recognized by Guiness World Records as the World's Tallest Man, standing at 8 feet 1 inch (2.46 meters) tall.
Sultan Kosen, from the country of Turkey, is now recognized by Guiness World Records as the World's Tallest Man, standing at 8 feet 1 inch (2.46 meters) tall. Twenty-six years old, Mr. Kosen is the first person in more than a decade to officially measure over 8 feet, and one of only 10 confirmed cases in history.
