One expert says knowing the best foods to buy and what they do for your body are the smartest ways to keep your body in the best possible shape. Ellen Haas is a nutrition expert who served as the Chief Nutrition Official under former President Clinton. She's recently written a book called Fit Food, which highlights more than 250 recipes that focus on the best foods for the best health.
